Rose Herbal Hot Tea Recipe

1/2 TSP of Rose Herbal Tea
3 cups of water (hot, but not boiling)
Honey, to taste

Step-1 In a saucepan bring water to a boil.
Step 2 – Put the Herbal Rose Tea in a strainer or directly in the cup.
Step 3 – Pour hot water, never boil the leaves directly. Allow the tea leaves to settle for 5 minutes, Strain, ready to drink.

Summertime Sips: Rose Iced Tea Tonic

Place Rose herbal tea and cinnamon stick in a large jar with water. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Strain out the solids, add honey. Serve over ice with a lime wedge if desired.
